- The resort's check-in time is 13:00 and check-out time is 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at no additional charge.
- All rates are subject to a 10% service charge and 10% government tax. All charges incurred by the guest and their companion(s) during their stay in the resort shall be paid before departure.

- The resort cannot be held liable for any valuables or money lost in your room, villa or in the resort premises.
- Resort staff members have access to guest rooms and villas for the purpose of cleaning, maintenance, luggage movement and security.
- The resort does not take any responsibility whatsoever for any claim connected with or arising from food or beverage not prepared or served by the resort.
- Using resort facilities and / or equipment is at your sole risk and liability and the resort will not be held responsible for any claims whatsoever.
- You will keep the resort and its duly appointed agent(s) free, indemnified, and harmless against all risks of injury or death, loss or damage to property or claims, demands, actions, costs and expenses of any nature from any cause arising or attributable to your wrongful act or omission, or those of your accompanying persons, during your presence at the resort's premises and/ or use of its facilities.
- Usage of the swimming pools and the ocean is at your own risk and sole responsibility. You acknowledge that there is no lifeguard on duty.
- Use of drones or any other remote or aerial camera or recording devices are not allowed in the resort premises unless prior written approval is given.
- Photographs and video recordings are permitted only for personal use and may not be used for public broadcast, in print or online.
- Accompanying children up to the age of 18 years will be in the custody of parent / guardian and they will be taking full responsibility for any accidents or injuries.
- There will be a charge for any unreturned equipment and items damaged or removed from the room or villa.
